Saleen S5S Raptor
The Saleen S5S Raptor is a sports car which Saleen presented as a prototype on March 20, 2008 at the New York International Auto Show . The S5S Raptor was designed in 2007 and should be equipped with a 5.0-liter supercharged motor from Saleen, similar to the Saleen S302E . The vehicle should have had an output of 650 hp .
The projected sales price should be $ 185,000. However, the further development of the sports car was stopped in 2008. In 2009 Saleen went bankrupt and stopped all activities. A few years later, Saleen restarted development and production, including current versions of the muscle cars and a Tesla.
