John J. Abel Award

The John J. Abel Award of the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics (ASPET) has been awarded annually since 1947 for achievements in pharmacology and experimental therapeutics. It is sponsored by Pfizer and is named after John Jacob Abel . The winner should not be older than 44 years in the year of nomination (September 15).
