history
Sales & Solutions GmbH was established on July 1, 2013. Part of EnBW Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH was merged with the EnBW brand in Watt Deutschland GmbH. Watt Deutschland GmbH, on the other hand, was founded in 1998 as a German electricity sales company, making it one of the first new electricity suppliers in the liberalized German electricity market. Watt Deutschland GmbH became Sales & Solutions GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG.
