Salvestro del Pollaiuolo
Salvestro del Pollaiuolo (active 2nd half of the 16th century) was an Italian goldsmith .
Salvestro del Pollaiuolo was probably a younger brother of Antonio del Pollaiuolo . Knowledge of Salvestro has only been known to the professional world since the 1980s, after documents published by Doris Carl were found, which show that he worked as a goldsmith in his brother Antonio's workshop. It can be assumed that he received his training from Antonio, who was also a goldsmith.
Nothing else is known about Salvestro del Pollaiuolo.
