Hourglass class

Egg Timer is a classification or rating class at classic car - rallies or turnoffs.

No electronic devices may be used to pass the light barriers and speed controls , only mechanical devices. Odometers may only be driven mechanically and stopwatches may not have batteries. The use of mobile phones is also prohibited while driving.

Violations of this provision will be punished with deduction of points according to the regulations.

Since 2009, the ten international classic car rallies for the “Classic Masters Cup” have only been held in the hourglass class.
