Sanya Lopez (born August 9, 1996 in Nagcarlan , actually Shaira Lenn Osuna Roberto ) is a Filipino actress . She achieved national fame through the role of Danaya in the television series Encantadia , which she embodied in a total of 218 episodes and her role as Angela Alonzo in 164 episodes in Haplos .

Life

She grew up with her older brother Jak Roberto in Malolos , Bulacan . In 1997 her father died of a heart attack . At the age of 14, Lopez met the television maker and manager German Moreno, whom she viewed as a father figure. Moreno later gave her the stage name Sanya.

Thanks to Moreno's contacts, Lopez made the move into the television business. She first gained notoriety through a cast in the television series The Half Sisters . Her national breakthrough came with the television series Encantadia , Haplos , Cain at Abel and Dahil sa pag-ibig .
