Sarah & Pietro… build a house was the title of a four-part docu-soap that was broadcast on the evening program of the German television station RTL II in spring 2015 . The series accompanied the young couple Sarah and Pietro Lombardi , who met in 2011 as a participant in the casting show Deutschland sucht den Superstar .

In the four episodes the pregnant Sarah and her husband Pietro are shown how they realize their plan of their own house. At the beginning of the series, both share an 80-square-meter apartment with Sarah's mother Sonja and brother Gianluca. The stages of building a house are shown, from buying a plot of land, applying for a building permit, breaking the first sod, visiting hardware stores and planning the housewarming party.
