The Saurer 2 CM is a four-wheel drive truck model that Adolph Saurer AG manufactured from 1949. The payload was 2.5 tons. 222 units were produced, most of them with a loading bridge, some with a fixed body as a panel van. The vehicles were right-hand drive. Some came with a winch.

Berna (Olten) and FBW ( Franz Brozincevic (vehicle manufacturer) ) built the Saurer 2 CM under their own names (FBW AX / Berna 2). The Saurer 2 CM formed the basis for the following vehicles, which appeared the same outwardly, but enabled a higher payload due to more powerful engines. These were: Saurer 4 CM 5 t, Saurer 4 CM driving school car, Saurer 4 CM long timber car, Saurer 5 CM 6 t tipper and, as a mobile operations center, the Flab. One vehicle is now in the Swiss Military Museum Full .
