Sayuri Ōsuga ( Japanese大 菅 小百合, Ōsuga Sayuri ; born October 27, 1980 in Shibetsu ) is a Japanese speed skater and cyclist. She specializes in the sprint courses. She is 1.63 m tall, weighs about 60 kg and has about 60 cm thick thighs.

Sayuri Ōsuga set eight junior world records over 500 and 100 meters and in the sprint all- around in the 1999/2000 season . She made her World Cup debut the previous season, but it was not until her second season that she was able to reach the top 10 for the first time. In the following years she won five World Cup races over 100 and 500 meters and placed in the top three a total of 16 times. She won the final ranking of the World Cup over 100 once and was third in the final ranking over 500 meters. At the individual distance world championships, she placed six times in the top ten. She was Japanese champion three times - most recently in 2006. At the Olympic Games in 2002 , she was not among the ten best over 500 or 1000 meters. Four years later in Turin she reached eighth place over 500 meters. At the 2004 Olympic Games , she competed in the bike sprint (time trial) over 500 meters and was tenth. She holds the Japanese records on the 500-meter courses in speed skating and cycling. She is a professional speed skater and has been driving for her Japanese sponsor Daiwa House Ltd. since 2006. In the 2006/2007 season she was fourth in the overall World Cup over 500 m and third in the individual distance World Championships over 500 meters.
