The Student Friend was a popular pocket book for high school students, which was probably first issued by bookstores before World War I , which in turn gave the volume to students free of charge until the late 1930s. It is laid out in the form of a small manual in which the students could enter their school hours on appropriate forms, but also contained a "classmate directory", a grade table, a gymnastics and play list, lent and borrowed books, pocket money account, "telephone numbers" Directory ", notes, then the following useful tips and advertising.
