Stoking right
Under Schürgerecht refers to the right on or over one, plot to schürgen what something like "push" or "push" means. A plot of land to which you have a right to stake can thus be z. B. cross with a wheelbarrow or a herd of cattle.
This right was previously granted by the cadastral office for parcels owned by city, country or state so that owners of enclosed or adjacent parcels could cultivate (e.g. pasture) or maintain them (e.g. hedge on the outside of the property).
A similar right could be agreed under current German civil law as easement , § 1018 BGB.
