Schachinger Logistik was founded in Upper Austria in 1939 by Maximilian Schachinger. The company has been 100% owned by the Schachinger family since it was founded. After many successful years, Maximilian Schachinger has retired from managing the company. The logistics company has been managed by Roland Glöckl and Peter Overkamp for several years.
The company has been a partner in DPD Direct Parcel Distribution Austria GmbH since 1988 .
