Final course

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The final match is the last fight in a tournament in the sport of wrestling .

Each participant completes six fights or courses. The two participants who are in the lead after five courses (with the most points) contest the final course. The winner from the final course is the winner of the tournament. The loser may fall behind in the ranking, he will not be automatically classified as second (depending on the number of points).

At a federal wrestling and alpine festival , the tournament has eight courses. The winner of the final course is the “ king of wrestling ”. In the rare event that a wrestler achieves the same number of points as the wrestler king, this wrestler receives the title of "first crowned".
