Emery stick
The emery clip is a tool of the iron turner .
The emery clip consists of two pieces of wood one to two meters long, which are connected like a hinge at one end by a nailed leather strap . The woods have semicircular recesses on the inside into which the emery is sprinkled and oil is poured in. Then you press the emery clip around the shaft , which is then set in rotation and rotates within the recesses of both pieces of wood.
