Swiss Folklore Archive

The scientific journal Schweizerisches Archiv für Volkskunde / Archives suisses des traditions populaires (SAVk / ASTP) is a biannual scientific specialist body founded in 1897 in the scientific discipline of folklore , which also operates under the names of European ethnology , cultural anthropology, empirical cultural studies and which is used in research and Teaching is anchored.

The Swiss Folklore Archive publishes original works (essays, debates, research reports and miscommunication) on folklore, everyday culture, cultural anthropology, regional ethnography and cultural studies, and corresponding reviews of new publications. Papers appear in German, French, Italian and English.

The Swiss Folklore Archive is published by the Swiss Folklore Society (SGV) and is currently the responsibility of the editorial team (Editors) Sabine Eggmann and Konrad J. Kuhn .
