Swim gloves

Swimming gloves are a swimming aid for learning swimming techniques. These gloves made of flexible fabric are used to increase the water resistance of the hands during water sports. In particular, crawl and butterfly swimmers with small hands benefit from this. Swimming gloves are well suited to train the shoulders even better when crawling. Because they increase the water resistance, they are also suitable for arm training in aqua jogging , the water aerobics and other water sports.

Swimming paddles , small solid "swimming boards", mostly made of plastic, which are strapped to the hands and are also intended for water training, especially swimming, have a similar task .
