The Reiteralpe cable car is a 2100-meter-long aerial cable car operated by the Defense Technical Center for Protection and Special Technology (WTD 52) in the municipality of Schneizlreuth in the Berchtesgadener Land district .

The aerial tramway leads from Oberjettenberg to the high plateau of the Reiteralpe and is used to supply a defense technology test area and the “small mountain training area”. A special feature of the Reiteralpe cable car is that the cable car cabin can be exchanged within a few minutes for a load suspension for the transport of large loads. It can transport a maximum of 15 people or 2000 kg of cargo.
