Seminario de Cultura Mexicana

The Seminario de Cultura Mexicana ( German seminar for Mexican culture ) founded on February 28, 1942 in Mexico City is an institution for the scientific, philosophical and artistic production and dissemination of culture. It also serves to promote national cooperation between the Mexican states and regions in the fields of art and culture.

The first secretary of the institution was the Mexican painter Frida Kahlo .

The Seminario de Cultura Mexicana now has 64 correspondent offices nationwide.
