Sergei Tkachenko (chess composer)

Sergei Tkachenko ( Cyrillic Сергей Николаевич Ткаченко ; born January 26, 1963 ) is a Ukrainian chess composer .

He has been the international arbiter for chess composition since 2004 . Harold van der Heijden's database contains around 150 studies by him.

Tkachenko achieved in 2007 that Sinar , who had to quit chess composition due to financial problems, returned to it.
