Shifty Shellshock (born August 23, 1974 in Los Angeles , California ; real name Seth Brooks Binzer ) is the front man of the American rock band Crazy Town .

biography

Shifty met his friend and bandmate Epic Mazur in the 1990s , with whom he wanted to start his first music project. But they screwed the project on both sides because of drugs. Shifty went to jail, and Epic continued to use drugs.

After his imprisonment, the two tried to start a new band with the help of Trouble, DJ AM, Faydoedeelay, JBJ and Rust Epique. They called themselves Crazy Town . After a short time Rust Epique was replaced by Squirrel.

After Crazy Town was put on hold in mid-2003 to take a creative break, Shifty launched a new project. He released his album Happy Love Sick with the help of the singer TC and the English DJ Paul Oakenfold . He dedicated this album to his best friend Bernard "Kaos" Williams, who died on March 18, 2003.

In 2008 he was seen in the program Celebrity Rehab, which was broadcast on various MTV group stations , in which more or less celebrities showcase their drug and alcohol problems and their treatment.

After further appearances on American television, in the shows: Celebrity Rehab 2 , Sober House and Sober House 2 , Shifty announced in March on its Myspace page that his new album Flirting with Disaster will be released on April 1st, 2010. He got support on the album from the American band The Big Shots . The album was postponed to summer 2010. The first single from the new album was released digitally on July 6, 2010 and was called "Save Me".
