Shinpa
Shinpa is a Japanese karate - kata , which in Shito-Ryu is trained.
History of the kata
There is very little knowledge of the origin of the kata. The kata is very short. It has 31 movements and almost all the booths are made in the Sanchin Dachi. The kata is rather unknown and is only practiced in Shito Ryu, and even there not all schools train this form.
