Shinshūi-wakashū

Shinshūi-Wakashū ( jap. : 新拾遺和歌集 also: 新拾遺集 Shinshūishū ) is a Waka - Anthology , by the Tennō Go-Kōgon commissioned (1336 to 1374) and about 1364 was completed. The compiler of the anthology was Nijō Tameaki . After his death in 1663, the Buddhist monk Ton'a completed the collection. The anthology comprises 20 roles with a total of 1,920 waka.
