Shona Laing
Shona Laing (born October 9, 1955 ) is a New Zealand singer.
Shona Laing was a singer on Manfred Mann's Earth Band's Somewhere in Afrika album in 1981 and 1982 .
As a solo artist, Shona Laing had a top 10 hit in Australia and New Zealand in 1987 (Glad I'm not a Kennedy) . She then disappeared from the charts again as quickly and unnoticed as she came, but is still musically active in her home country New Zealand.
In 2013 Shona Laing received the "Legacy Award" and was inducted into the "New Zealand Music Hall of Fame".
