Sibylle Wilbert from Seattle had her national breakthrough at the US championships in summer biathlon 2010 , which were held in Tukwila . She won all three titles and the overall standings. In the sprint, the mass start and the overall standings, she was ahead of Carol Stuhley and Arminda Phillips , while her pursuers swapped places in the pursuit race. Wilbert is Secretary of the Washington Biathlon Association .
