Security and Order Act

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In the national law of several German federal states , a security and order law regulates the safeguarding of public safety and order and the tasks of the regulatory authorities and the police . In detail these are:

  • General Safety and Order Act (Berlin) - ASOG Bln
  • Law for the Protection of Public Safety and Order (Hamburg) - SOG HH
  • Hessian law on public safety and order - HSOG
  • Safety and Order Act (Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania) - SOG MV
  • Lower Saxony Police and Regulatory Authorities Act - NPOG
  • Law on Public Safety and Order of the State of Saxony-Anhalt - SOG LSA

In other federal states, the regulation is carried out by police laws and in Schleswig-Holstein by the state administration law (LVwG).
