Security Code

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A safety code is a collection of rules of conduct that you should use to avoid accidents .

A safety code is a voluntary self-commitment that is mostly set up at the club or association level and, in contrast to statutory provisions, is not of a legally binding nature. However, violations can still lead to legal consequences such as the loss of any existing insurance coverage or disciplinary club penalties. Insofar as a safety code contains generally recognized safety standards, in the event of an accident by non-compliance with the code, liability through the violation of possible duties of care would have to be checked.
