Cybercrime security cooperation

The Cybercrime security cooperation was founded in 2011. In addition to the Federal Association for Information Technology, Telecommunications and New Media eV ( Bitkom ), it also includes the state criminal investigation offices of North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg, Lower Saxony, Saxony, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse. The primary goal of the cooperation is to jointly develop strategic concepts for combating cybercrime. Effective prevention measures can be designed and implemented through the knowledge transfer from business and the state criminal police offices.

Cooperation partner

The cooperation partners of the cybercrime security cooperation are the industry association Bitkom and the state criminal investigation offices of North Rhine-Westphalia , Baden-Württemberg , Lower Saxony , Saxony , Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse .

Events

As part of the security cooperation, the annual conference takes place once a year as the central event. In 2019, it dealt with the opportunities and risks of smart home applications.
