Signature law stands for:

  • Signature Act (Germany) (Act on Framework Conditions for Electronic Signatures) of May 16, 2001 has the purpose of creating framework conditions for electronic signatures
  • Signature Act (Liechtenstein) , of September 18, 2003 regulates the legal framework for electronic signatures and signature or certification services
  • Signature Act (Austria) , regulates the legal framework for the creation and use of electronic signatures as well as for the provision of certification services
