The Sinebrychoff Art Museum ( Finnish : Sinebrychoffin taidemuseo ) is a Finnish art museum in Helsinki , which specializes in ancient European art. Many private collections donated to the museum make up the trunk of the exhibition. The main component is the collection of Fanny and Paul Sinebrychoff, who donated their collection to the Finnish state in 1921 . The 1980 opened Sinebrychoff Art Museum belongs to the Ateneum and the Kiasma to the Finnish National Gallery .

The main collection consists mainly of portraits and artifacts from the 17th and 18th centuries. On the upper floor there is a reconstructed former apartment of the famous brewery owner Sinebrychoff. The building in the Punavuori district was built by businessman Nikolai Sinebrychoff, the uncle of Paul Sinebrychoff, and completed in 1842. However, Nikolai himself never moved into the building, but remained on the fortress island of Suomenlinna , where he supplied the garrison with beer and other things. He brewed the beer in the Sinebrychoff brewery founded in 1819 next to the villa. Today's museum was the home and office of his brother's family.

Sinebrychoff Park is behind the museum. Nikolai founded this on the premises of the brewery, but the park was also opened to the public. Today the park belongs to the city of Helsinki.
