Sip size

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The sip measure , also sieve measure , was a Saxon grain measure and a measure for dry things. It applied in the so-called Meißnische and Altenburgischen . It is not clear whether the term is derived from a sieve or from a vessel such as tub or Zober.
