The Skarven ( Norwegian for scoundrels , ne'er-do ) is a clip rocks west to northwest of the subantarctic Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic. It is located about 700 m west of Cape Circoncision .

Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1981.
