Slut Girl ( Japanese ス ラ ッ と 女 , surattu onna ) is a manga series by the Japanese artist Isutoshi (including Tende Freeze ). It contains pornography ( hentai ) and also humorous elements. The main character of the manga is the young woman Sayoko, who allows herself to be tolerated by a rather weak-willed man in exchange for sexual favors. She spends a large part of his income on gambling or partying, while he slowly emancipates himself from her as the story progresses.

The manga helped the illustrator Isutoshi to breakthrough, who then also drew for high-circulation manga magazines such as Afternoon .

Publications

The manga was published in Japan in 1999 as an anthology by the Fujimi Shuppan publishing house . From 2000 to 2005, the manga came in six editions in the United States with Eros Comix (a label of Fantagraphics Books ). An anthology followed in 2005 by the same publisher in which all six editions were printed. In Germany, the first three episodes were published in June 2001 by the Manga Sutra publishing house in an 88-page volume.

Derek Guder praised Manga in Jason Thompson's band . The Complete Guide praised the “expressive” and “distinctive” drawings and praised the fact that not only did the women do the manga well, but also the recurring humor.
