Sophia Jesus Christ

The Sophia of Jesus Christ is part of the Gnostic Nag Hammadi scriptures . There it appears as the fourth font of the 3rd Codex (NHC III, 4). It is also part of the Coptic Codex Berolinensis Gnosticus 8502 . A fragment still exists under the name Papyrus Oxyrhynchus 1081.

Content and classification

The text represents a Christian revision of the letter to Eugnostus , which is also passed down in the Nag Hammadi writings . As a result of the revision, the lesson letter has been transformed into a dialogue between the Savior and His disciples.
