Soratja Chansrisukot

Soratja Chansrisukot ( Thai : โส รั จ จา จันทร์ ศรี สุคต ; * February 16, 1985 ) is a Thai badminton player .

Athletic career

Nationally, Soratja Chansrisukot won the Thai Championships in 2008 in the women's singles.

She first attracted international attention when she won silver in the women's singles at the 2004 World University Championships behind Cheng Shao-chieh from Taiwan. In 2007 she finished third at the Southeast Asian Games. At the Asian Games in 2006, however, she only made it to the second round. She won gold at the 2007 Summer Universiade with the Thai team. In the women's singles she made it to the quarterfinals at the same event. In the preliminary round, however, was the last stop at the China Open Super Series 2007 and the Singapore Super Series 2008 .
