Social psychiatric information management system
The Social Psychiatric Information Management System (SIM) is a computer-aided program. This program is intended to support federal states and municipalities in reporting on psychiatry.
It consists of three components:
- the Lower Saxony Psychiatry Reporting (N-PBE),
- the local coverage Psychiatry (K-PBE),
- and individual assistance planning (IHP) .
A Microsoft SQL server serves as the database server. There the data is collected, which is saved as used software by Microsoft via Access .
Once installation has been completed, the SIM can be opened on any internet-enabled computer using a Citrix application and used in full.
