Acidez is a Mexican hardcore punk band from Guadalajara , Guadalajara (Mexico) .

Band history

The band was founded in 2003 and recorded their first demo EP in 2004. In 2008 the Mexican label BamBam Records released the first studio album with the title No hay futuro , which was reissued there in 2015. The second album Don't Ask for Permission , which followed in 2011 , was also released on labels in other countries. Another two albums followed in 2014 and 2016.

Acidez performed outside of the American continent in Europe and Asia, was seen in Germany in 2017 at the " Ruhrpott Rodeo " and in 2018 gave concerts as part of a European tour in several German clubs, e.g. B. in " SO36 " ( Berlin ), in "Juwel" ( Gotha ), in "Project 31" ( Nuremberg ) and in "Kopernikus" ( Hanover ).

The mascot in the form of a skeleton used by the band was designed by the drummer “Näuj” and bears the name “NAROTUSO”, which is made up of the two first letters of the four musician pseudonyms.
