Split jump

The split jump is a special form of split , in which you jump in the air and pull your legs up in the air to perform a split in the air.

There are several ways to do a split jump:

  • Keep your legs stretched throughout the jump and pull them up in the air.
  • You jump and pull your legs up (bend). In the air you push them away from your body.
