Sport-ABC was a children's program broadcast on Saturdays between 1975 and 1983 on FS1.

The program was intended to encourage children to exercise. Dieter Seefranz and Hans Holdhaus had children demonstrate a wide variety of exercises. Guests and well-known athletes were invited to the show.

Based on this sports broadcast, four different types of sports were viewed and presented from various perspectives in the Dusika Stadium for four days in autumn 2004. Children got to know these types of sport from basic knowledge to playing technique, training variants, etc.

Moderation and contributors

Dieter Seefranz and the performance diagnostician Hans Holdhaus took over the moderation.
