St-Guénolé is a Roman Catholic chapel in the small hamlet of Quélennec, a district of Ergué-Gabéric in Brittany .

history

The late Gothic chapel, consecrated to St. Guengalaenus , was built in the 16th century in the Flamboyant Gothic style by the Lords of Kerfors. The church was built in Quélennec, which was owned by the Saint-Guénolé Abbey of Landévennec . The chapel has a rectangular floor plan. The nave has a north aisle. Both ships are currently closing with a joint deal in the east. In 1975 the chapel was completely restored. The delicate bell ridge above the west gable was destroyed by lightning in 1910/11 and restored in 2000.
