St. Maria Immaculata in Heilbronn

St. Maria Immaculata is a Catholic church in Heilbronn's southern district. It belongs to the parish of the Teutonic Minster of St. Peter and Paul .

The church in Schmidbergstrasse was consecrated on June 28, 1947. The sacred building has a 13 × 27.5 m three-part basilica church room with 300 seats and 200 standing places. The Marienglocke in the bell tower of the small church consists of the remains of the bell from the Teutonic Order Cathedral, which melted down during the air raid on December 4, 1944 . The bell of the Maria Immaculata Church was consecrated on September 21, 1947 and was named Regina Pacis . In 1999 the sanctuary was redesigned. There is a large solar system on the roof of the church.
