Citizenship of the Republic of Srpska
The citizenship of the Republika Srpska (Serbian: Држављанству Републике Српске , Državljanstvo Republike Srpske ) is the membership of a natural person in the Republika Srpska , which is regulated in the Constitution of the Republika Srpska and in the law of the Republic of Srpska.
Acquisition of citizenship
The nationality of the Republika Srpska is obtained pursuant to Article 5 of the law of nationality:
- by descent ( ius sanguinis )
- by birth on the territory of the Republika Srpska ( ius soli )
- by adoption
- By naturalization
