Stack of wood was an English measure of wood, especially a measure of firewood .

  • 1 Stack of wood = 12 feet (long) by 3 feet (wide) by 3 feet (high) = 108 cubic feet = 3.058 cubic meters

A cube-shaped stack of two yards on a side in all directions and the resulting eight cubic yards are the equivalent of 6.1163 cubic meters . This wood measure is the cubic fathom (cubic thread).
