Stalin Quiterio
Stalin Quiterio Cuello is a Dominican road cyclist.
In 2005, Stalin Quiterio was second in the eighth section of the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional . The next year he became Dominican road racing champion. At the Pre-Vuelta Independencia he finished second and he was second again at the Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional. In the 2007 season Quiterio was third overall at the Copa Cero de Oro.
