Stamenes
Stamenes (also attested as Ditamenes , both names may not have been passed down exactly) was the satrap of Babylonia under Alexander the Great . He succeeded Mazaios in this office , who in 328 BC. Was deceased. By name, Stamenes was probably not a Greek. The length of his tenure is unknown. After the death of Alexander Archon succeeded in office.
