Status present

Under Status praesens ( lat. Status "state", praesens "present") or finding refers to the current physical and mental state of a patient based on the result of the examination by a doctor or dentist . The clinical findings are recorded with the help of visual, acoustic, tactile, olfactory and metric measures .
