Stefan Wiedon

Stefan Wiedon (born January 19, 1966 in Düsseldorf ) is a German certified sports teacher and politician ( CDU ).

Stefan Wiedon graduated from the commercial college in 1984 and passed his Abitur in 1985. After completing his military service, he studied at the German Sport University in Cologne from 1986 to 1992, where he graduated as a sports teacher. He then worked as a freelance sports teacher until 1998 before moving to a secondary school as a teacher. From there he went to the Lower Rhine Football Association in 2002 , where he has been deputy managing director since 2008. Wiedon joined the CDU in 1982. From 2002 to 2004 he was a member of the City Council of Düsseldorf, to which he has been a member since 2005. In the state electoral district of Düsseldorf III , he won a direct mandate in the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia in the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2010 . He then gave up his council mandate. With the dissolution of the state parliament in 2012, he left the state parliament.
