The Plömnitz stone box is a listed stone box on the grounds of Köthen Castle . It is registered in the local monument register with registration number 428311141 as a ground monument.

General

There are two relocated stone boxes on the grounds of Köthen Castle. The Plömnitz stone box comes from Plömnitz and was excavated by the district curator Walter Götze at the beginning of the 20th century and moved here. It consists of one or two sandstone slabs on the long sides and a slab on one narrow side. The stone on the other narrow side is tilted.

The second stone box is Schortewitz's ramp box .
