The stone row of Lackanagoneeny ( Irish Leaca na gCoiníní , "slope of the rabbits") lies on a small plateau, about 1.0 km northeast of the confluence of the Gortnageragh River with the larger River Bilboa, 6.0 km north of Cappamore, ( Irish An Cheapach Mhór ) in east County Limerick in Ireland .

The north-south oriented row of stones , also known locally as "The three Stones", consists of three round stones about 1.0 m apart. A fourth stone stands as an outlier ( English outlier ) about 5.0 meters to the southwest. The boulders, interspersed with quartz , reach heights of around 2.0 m (north stone), 1.5 m (the slightly inclined central stone) and 1.7 m (south stone). Small boulders, the purpose of which is unclear, lie near the base of the stones. The fourth stone is more pointed than the others and about four feet high. A cairn is located about 25.0 m to the southeast.
