Staffing plan

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The positions actually occupied in an organizational unit are shown in a staffing plan. If there is a difference between the position plan and staffing plan , this either shows a need for recruitment or it shows a staff surplus.

In the staffing plan, the available positions in the staffing plan are assigned to employees. In addition to the name, this plan often contains further information, such as powers of attorney, year of birth, year of entry and salary group.

The staffing plan is a means of operational personnel planning and is assigned to the position method.
