Stephen Fearing (* 1963 in Vancouver , British Columbia ) is a Canadian songwriter , singer and guitarist.

Fearing grew up in Dublin . In 1981 he returned to Canada . In the mid-1980s he started club tours around Canada. Fearing is one of the co-founders of the Canadian band Blackie And The Rodeo Kings (1996).
